I recently had the opportunity to stay at Townhouse Oak Utsav Residency, and to be frank, it was quite an experience! The location was decent, being just a short distance from Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar Airport, but unfortunately, that's where the positives seemed to end. Upon arrival, we were promised a continental breakfast that never materialized, which was quite disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent to our concerns, and the room was not what we expected at all - it had a musty smell that was hard to ignore. Even the air conditioning failed to work properly, which made things uncomfortable. To add a little bright spot, the hotel did offer some tasty breakfast options in their canteen, which made for a nice start to the day, despite the initial mix-up. While the food was affordable and well-prepared, it felt like the service and conditions didn't quite match up to what you'd hope for. I wouldn't recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.
